| What is a cookie? |
| A "Cookie" is a small piece of information sent to a client's browser by a web server to store helpful information about the user for increased website performance. | There will be a green "UP" arrow on the sites page for each site that is not currently at the highest level (ELITE). Simply click on that icon and one of our support staff will visit your site within 48 hours to make sure it complies with our policies. up |

| Why can I not view any of the live video feeds? |
| One reason could be due to the fact that you might not have the proper player installed on your machine. A good way to determine which player you have installed is to click here for our browser/system detection utility. This form will automatically display which type of video player you installed on your machine. This form will also send an email to a Verifier support representative. up |
| Why is my password not working? |
| When entering your password make sure that you are in the "members" section and not the "sites" section of the site. You can assure this by clicking on the members button on the top navigation of the site. It has been proven in the past that many users had mistaken the search box for the members login box. If this is not the solution to your password problem you will need to fill out the form located here. up |
| Why am I getting an access denied message? |
| If after you log in and attempt to access some of our content in the members section and receive an "ACCESS DENIED" message please fill out our content support form located here. We are well aware of this issue and are working on fixing the problem. The cause of this error is out of our control but we will accept the responsibility of fixing it. Also there is a known issue with personal firewall software and Anti-Virus software such as Norton's suite of utilities. It is recommended that you disable all Norton protection and try to access the content again. If you have firewall software installed on your system and receive the access denied message turn it off and then try to access the content again. up |

| If you are an AOL user and are not able to view the live video section, please download Internet Explorer 5.0 or better here. If you decide not to download IE you will not be able view the video feeds. up |

| AOL--Why are the graphics compressed? |
| AOL compress web graphics to decrease the load on their servers. To disable compression of the web graphics click My AOL then Prefences then WWW click the tab that says Web Graphics deselect enable compression. This should increase the quality of the graphics that are displayed in the AOL console. up |
| Why can't I view videos? |
| We recommend that you install the latest versions of Quicktime Player, Windows Media Player and the DivX codec. By doing so, you will eliminate most video-related problems. Free versions of each are available at the official links above (for example, DivX is free, but DivX Pro is not).
